Thank you for your response.It is frustrating to say the least. I would have thought that Carbo Trust would welcome us fitting solar panels....and as long as they are paid back their loan within 4 years I see no problem.It does seem a case of saying one thing but doing another!!! It has also been frastrating trying to get definitive answers to the best type of system to instal.Flat plates/tubes/direct systems or indirect systems...it really is a minefield.Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
