Hospitable Climates periodically release Newsletters which give an insight into our ongoing work and activites. Click to download each newsletter in pdf format.

Attention All Hospitable Times Readers!

We urgently need your email addresses for sending your newsletter.

We are constantly seeking to improve the quality and immediacy of our support services to all our Hospitable Climates members. Due to the rapidly growing number of organisations signed-up to Hospitable Climates – now numbering well over 5,000 - we have been aware that there have been occasional delays in the postage and packaging of our Hospitable Climates newsletter.

To avoid this happening, we thought it only right that you should receive your copies of Hospitable Times as quickly and as energy efficiently as possible, ensuring that the information imparted to you is as up-to-date and as instantaneous as it can be.

For this reason, the next edition - Issue No:26 of Hospitable Times, and all subsequent editions, will be emailed to you in pdf format, which you can readily download. This will also mean a marked improvement in the presentation of the newsletter - since you will now be able to receive it in colour.

However, in order to do this, we urgently need details of your email addresses.

If you have not already provided your email address on your online Hospitable Climates Registration Form, please give your email address to:

Olivia Otero, Institute of Hospitality Programmes Administrator, on telephone: 020 8661 4932; or email: hospitableclimates@instituteofhospitality.org or olivia.otero@instituteofhospitality.org.

* Or: If your email address has changed, please update your contact details accordingly on the Hospitable Climates website:

kind regards

Miss Olivia Otero
