Make sure that all staff, including part-timers and seasonal employees, know what you are doing to save energy.

At this time of the year many of us take on extra part-time or seasonal workers. Make sure that they too are briefed on avoiding waste of energy. Spending an extra ten minutes with them, before they start work, to explain what you're doing to save energy, will be well worth your while. They may surprise you with some of their own ideas on energy conservation.
